The 4th Islamic Solidarity Games were held in Baku, Azerbaijan on 12-22 May 2017.The Games are an international event held by the Islamic Solidarity Sports Federation (ISSF). 

The ISSF strives to improve Islamic solidarity, promote Islamic identity in sports and help reduce discrimination toward Muslims. 

Natalia Tsoukala travelled to Baku and documented all preparations, rehearsals, backstage and ceremonies.
